Delivery Timing of Products

Products will be shipped within 5 business days after the order is confirmed.
Shipping may be delayed due to bad weather, circumstances of the delivery company, busy periods such as year-end and New Year, or other unavoidable circumstances.

 

Return Policy

Returns and exchanges of products will be accepted if you notify us within 7 days after the product arrives at your location, based on our store's regulations.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when received, and proof of purchase is also required.

In the case of returns due to customer convenience, the shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer.

 

To initiate a return, please contact slomood@gpwoodwork.jp . If the return is approved, we will send you a return label and instructions on how to send the package and the return address. Returns of products without prior contact cannot be accepted.

Cancellations after order confirmation are generally not accepted.
