■ Notes on made-to-order sales

  • This product is made to order.Please only purchase if you are willing to wait.
    *Please note that delivery dates may vary due to production circumstances. The estimated delivery date is for reference only.
  • You can order up to 2 items per product.
  • Purchasing for the purpose of resale, or reselling to a third party after purchase, is prohibited.
  • Cancellations and changes to your order are not possible after your reservation is complete.
  • We will notify you by email once your order is ready for shipment.Delivery date and time cannot be specified.
  • We cannot ship separate orders together.

By confirming your order, you are deemed to have agreed to all of the above terms and conditions.

■ Exchanges and Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons.
The period during which defective products can be returned or exchanged is from the date of receipt.Within 7 daysThat is the case.
If the product delivered is different from the one you ordered, we will allow for an exchange or return. Please note that the incorrectly delivered product will be collected at the same time as the replacement item, so we kindly ask that you do not dispose of it.
When applying for exchanges and returns, please be sure to contact us in advance. We cannot accept unilateral returns without prior application, and the items will be returned to you with shipping costs to be paid on delivery.
We do not accept any exchanges or returns due to customer reasons (size differences, image differences) other than product quality issues.

 * Cases where exchanges and returns are not accepted

- If more than 7 days have passed since you received the item.
- If the replacement item has already been disposed of.
- If you have already disposed of the box and packaging materials.
Reasons due to customer circumstances.
- Reasons due to unavoidable delays in receiving or delivering goods.
Products that show any signs of being used by the customer, or products that have scratches, stains, or dents due to customer handling.
- If the product or packaging is damaged due to customer negligence.
